You do not want to need surgeries to fix your neck and back all of the time like my uncle.

One of the things that shocked me most about yoga the first time that I did it was the physical toll that it took on me. I was drenched in sweat after my first class, which was a shock. It made me feel absolutely amazing. I have a thing about exercise where I absolutely hate it. I think a lot of people have that in common, but some are more willing to push through it than others. I do not have a lot of will in that category.
